Build PBLA-supported eLearning units through HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and LMS integration for the National LINC Online Curriculum Project. Work with Avenue.ca.

Reporting to the Manager, this eLearning Developer produces courseware, configures and programs interactive content, and integrates learning materials with Avenue.ca. The project develops online curriculum for LINC learners. You will use authoring tools, multimedia assets, SCORM packaging, accessibility testing, and quality assurance practices. The work includes collaborating with Multimedia Designers, content writers, and development partners while communicating technical concepts clearly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop courseware using various authoring tools
- Integrate multimedia assets into eLearning content
- Package courses for Learning Management System delivery




- Test functionality within SCORM Cloud and LMS sandbox
- Support project planning, meetings, and quality reviews

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree in programming, web design, or multimedia
- Three-plus years developing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, H5P, and HTML5 solutions
- Two-plus years using Articulate Storyline 360 and advanced JavaScript triggers
- Two-plus years developing Moodle blocks, modules, and integrations
- Experience with SCORM and other eLearning standards
