Successful candidates demonstrate classroom or administrative excellence, professional knowledge of learning, and concern for children and youth. Leadership must foster a Catholic Learning Community while advancing equity, communication, collaboration, and lifelong learning.

Requirements:

- Minimum one school year as a Vice Principal
- Ontario Principal’s Qualifications Part I and Part II
- Part I of the Religious Education Course
- Special Education Part 1 or Administrators AQ Course
- Current pastoral letter dated within twenty-four months
