As a Process Specialist, you will innovate manufacturing solutions within the agri-food industry. You will define requirements, assess feasibility, and optimize production operations. The work combines process engineering, project collaboration, technical authority, and quality assurance across project lifecycles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, requirements, and technical specifications
- Develop concepts, Class D budgets, and preliminary schedules
- Create solutions addressing customer needs and project constraints
- Coordinate quality assurance, FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities




- Maintain design standards and monitor construction, mechanics, and process engineering technologies

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline
- Minimum five years of agri-food industry experience
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety principles
- Solid attention to detail and independent decision-making ability
- Spoken and written English-French bilingualism
