As Memory Living Manager, you will oversee Chartwell’s specialized Memory Living Neighborhood and its program standards. You will build relationships with residents and families, develop individualized life plans, coach team members, and coordinate family conferences. The role focuses on secure, engaging, socially connected living for people with Alzheimer’s or dementia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Memory Living Neighborhood operations and program standards
- Build trust-based relationships with residents and families

Requirements:

- Three years’ residential Alzheimer’s or dementia experience
- Degree in gerontology, social work, recreation, or related field

- Strong leadership and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Flexible availability and reliable transportation
