Lead Crawford Street Dry Stores operations for Fonterra, applying operational management and health and safety leadership. Some North Island travel is required.

As Distribution Centre Operations Manager, you will lead the Crawford Street team within Fonterra’s Waikato Distribution Leadership team. You will ensure dairy ingredients are safely stored and transported to ports, other distribution centres, and domestic customers. The role combines team development, inventory management, budgets, planning, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspire teams and drive continuous improvement culture
- Develop long-term plans and operational strategies
- Manage annual budgets, forecasts, and operating plans
- Ensure regulatory compliance and health and safety standards




- Oversee stock control and inventory management

Requirements:

- Clear, confident communication across organisational levels
