Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach, and mentor two Finance team members
- Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial statements, variance analysis, and forecasts

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Eight to ten years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Experience leading or mentoring finance professionals
- Knowledge of reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
