Lead multi-site self-storage operations across Ontario while driving occupancy growth, customer experience, and consistent operating practices. Regular travel to Toronto and the GTA is required.

As Area Manager, Self Storage, you will report to the Director, Self Storage Operations. QuadReal Self Storage Management operates Maple Leaf Self Storage facilities across assigned portfolios. The position combines site leadership, performance coaching, operational reporting, and facility-level execution. You will apply occupancy management, customer experience, cost control, and compliance practices while supporting scalable operations. Proficiency with operations software is required, with Sitelink or storEDGE experience considered an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead daily operations across assigned self-storage facilities
- Visit sites to assess performance, service, safety,



and compliance
- Drive occupancy, revenue, retention, and operational improvement initiatives
- Coach Site Managers and support performance management conversations
- Monitor budgets, vendors, reporting, risks, and facility priorities

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of operations experience
- At least two years in multi-site or supervisory work
- Robust leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication across field and Head Office environments
- Valid driver's licence and regular travel ability
