Lead agtech programming at Cultivator powered by Conexus in Regina, using program management and ecosystem development skills. This role is based at College Avenue.

As Program Manager for the AGTECH ACCELERATOR, you will manage Cultivator’s agtech portfolio. You will develop, refine, and deliver programs aligned with Cultivator strategy. Your work supports founders, startups, industry, and Saskatchewan’s agricultural innovation ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research, develop, and regularly update startup programs
- Deliver high-caliber accelerator programming aligned with founder needs
- Source and recruit high-caliber program participants
- Drive participant engagement across programs and ecosystem activities
- Manage budgets, metrics, documentation, and stakeholder reports

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in a relevant discipline
- Three to five years in entrepreneurial-related fields
- Five years as a program manager or similar
- Experience managing incubator or accelerator programs is an asset
- Agriculture experience is ideal
