Lead housekeeping operations at the Wickaninnish Inn on Vancouver Island, using guest service expertise and solid organizational skills. This position includes evening and weekend flexibility.

As Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee the Housekeeping Department and participate on the Inn’s Senior Management Team. You will guide housekeeping leaders and staff while maintaining service standards recognized by Relais & Châteaux, Forbes, Michelin Key, AAA, and Travel & Leisure. The position combines guest relations, human resources, budgeting, scheduling, inspections, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily housekeeping operations, inspections, and service standards
- Lead, train, supervise, and support housekeeping team members
- Manage budgets, payroll, schedules, supplies, and financial records




- Respond to guest assistance requests and follow up on concerns
- Improve systems, processes, culture, and guest experience

Requirements:

- Minimum two years management or supervisory service industry experience
- Or four years of housekeeping department experience
- Exemplary guest service and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, cost management, and financial statements
- WHMIS knowledge or certification and Microsoft Office familiarity
