This existing Pharmacist position supports long-term care pharmacy operations in British Columbia. You will guide compliance, medication incident management, medication reviews, and staff training. The role requires independent judgment, organization, and collaboration with healthcare teams, while supporting projects and pharmacy operations within your designation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guide regulatory compliance, billing initiatives, and controlled substances policies
- Provide College of Pharmacists of British Columbia standards guidance
- Oversee accurate, complete, compliant medication reviews
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes,



recommend corrective actions
- Communicate findings and support corrective action plans

Requirements:

- Current British Columbia pharmacist license in valuable standing
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills
- Critical thinking, prioritization, and independent work abilities
- Effective partnership with healthcare team members
- Kroll Windows, injections, or APA certification preferred
