Lead Rightsline’s AWS platform and Terraform delivery systems as a DevOps Manager in Toronto, using operational discipline to strengthen reliability.

You will manage four infrastructure engineers while owning the cloud platform as a product. The work spans AWS accounts, CI/CD, Linux and Windows servers, and multi-region production. You will partner with Engineering, QA, Security and Compliance, and Support across North America and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage, coach, and develop senior infrastructure engineers
- Own AWS accounts, networking, IAM, and service guardrails
- Drive Terraform standards, reviews, and state management
- Run CI/CD promotion and production approval processes
- Establish ownership, documentation, and operational accountability

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
- Two-plus years managing DevOps or infrastructure teams
- Deep hands-on AWS and multi-region architecture experience
- Working fluency across Linux and Windows Server
- Terraform and production CI/CD ownership experience
