As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will manage full-cycle recruitment across varied roles and business areas. You will partner with hiring leaders and Human Resources Business Partners, source passive candidates, and guide interviews and selection. The position supports an exceptional candidate and hiring leader experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a high-volume, full-cycle recruitment portfolio
- Develop recruitment strategies with hiring leaders and Human Resources Business Partners
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and social networks
- Build talent pipelines through market research and relationship management




- Guide interviews, assessments, and selection decisions

Requirements:

- Four-plus years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
- High-volume recruitment experience across wide-ranging roles and levels
- Strong proactive sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills
- Applicant Tracking Systems experience; SuccessFactors familiarity is an asset
- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
