Providence Health Care in Canada is seeking a Hemodialysis (HD) Nurse to join an interdisciplinary team delivering comprehensive patient care. You will assess physical, social, spiritual, and psychological needs, develop and evaluate individualized care plans, and educate patients and families while supporting colleagues and upholding PHC’s mission and values.
We require that you be a registered nurse in Canada in positive standing with eligibility for BC registration and either completed nephrology
