Electrical testing and measurement define this full time Laboratory Tech I position at CSA Group, supporting routine product evaluations under guidance.

As a Laboratory Tech I, you will set up test equipment, conduct routine tests, and handle samples for product assessments. The work uses electrical circuits, measurement instruments, engineering drawings, and technical data. You will support certification activities while reporting to the Product Group Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate laboratory test equipment
- Conduct routine tests under issued work orders
- Assemble and disassemble test samples
- Record technical data and draft reports
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, and PPE practices

Requirements:

- Three year Electrical Engineering Technician qualification or equivalent
- Electrical degree in engineering technology
- ASTT membership or equivalent
- Three to four years of related experience
- Knowledge of circuits and electrical codes
