As Country Lead, you will run Roo Canada while selling directly in its markets. You will balance hospital demand with veterinarian and technician supply, launch new markets, and coordinate product, marketing, events, data, finance, and legal teams. The role begins as a player-coach assignment and expands into hiring and leading Canada’s team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sign up and activate hospitals on the Roo platform
- Recruit and activate locum veterinarians and technicians
- Balance supply and demand across Canadian metropolitan markets




- Own Canada revenue and maintain weekly forecasts
- Hire and lead Canada’s first account manager

Requirements:

- Experience owning revenue for a market or region
- Experience launching or scaling an early-stage market or product
- Willingness to sell directly to hospitals and professionals
- Cross-functional leadership through completed product delivery
- Full-time location in Canada and marketplace judgment
