Lead quality oversight for Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions across Cambridgeshire, using skilled supervision and video monitoring. Support court-sentence requirements regionally.

As Treatment Manager, you will report to the Programme Manager for your area. You will ensure Programme Facilitators follow accredited manuals and session content requirements. The work includes feedback, group supervision, risk management, and programme delivery support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor delivery quality across Accredited Programmes and Structured Interventions
- Provide professional supervision, feedback, training, and consultancy
- Manage risks and exchange information with Probation Practitioners
- Coordinate schedules, suitability assessments, preparation, and waiting lists




- Maintain changes to accredited programme manuals and implementation

Requirements:

- Ability to supervise Programme Facilitators professionally
- Ability to assess suitability and manage programme waiting lists
- Ability to support accredited and non-accredited programme delivery
- Availability for rota-based On Call cover, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to report under-performance or poor quality to Programme Managers
