The Program Director provides overall direction and supervision for the Recovery of Hope Counselling program. The work follows the vision and mission established by the Board. Strong interpersonal skills, leadership, finances, and marketing knowledge support oversight of counselling programs across southern Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or related field experience
- Minimum five years of previous program management experience
- Minimum two years of management or supervision experience
- Solid business administration, finances, and marketing knowledge
- Valid driver’s license and required registry checks
