Senior Highway Quality Assurance Inspector sought for GHD’s GTA offices, applying inspection expertise across road, highway, and bridge projects. Locations include Toronto, Mississauga, Markham, and Whitby.

This senior position supports GHD’s Construction Phase Services group across transportation projects. You will complete inspections, monitor contractor compliance, maintain project records, and recommend payments. The work also includes safety, environmental, quality assurance, and issue resolution activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete daily highway, road, and bridge project inspections
- Monitor contractor compliance with specifications and legislation
- Maintain project records and daily diary entries




- Recommend payments to Contract Administrators and clients
- Use MTO’s Web-Based Contract Management System

Requirements:

- Minimum five years of experience
- Grading, asphalt, and concrete experience on transportation projects
- Experience across more than three transportation projects considered an asset
- Sound judgment and decisiveness
- Cooperative approach with open information sharing
