Johnson and Johnson seeks a Transcend Logistics Deployment Process Lead for Innovative Medicine. You will translate global design into site processes, support implementation, and connect logistics, data, transactions, and materials across the solution. The work spans SAP EWM, Inventory Management, Production Logistics, Transportation Management, and external warehouse integration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support end-to-end logistics design and deployment across SAP processes
- Identify gaps between global designs and site requirements
- Prepare and execute testing, including SIT, BST/UAT, and E2E




- Investigate defects and coordinate resolution with technical SMEs
- Support readiness assessments, cutover, and hypercare preparation

Requirements:

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA logistics or supply-chain processes
- Strong warehouse and inventory process understanding
- Experience with SAP EWM, IM, Production Logistics, or TM
- Experience supporting implementations, deployments, or transformations
- Solid cross-functional communication and issue-resolution abilities
