The Workday Solutions Delivery Manager owns end-to-end solution delivery without direct reports. Key Responsibilities:

- Own Workday PI commitments and maintain the delivery backlog
- Allocate internal and partner resources across competing priorities
- Oversee incidents, service requests, defects, and production risks
- Deliver enhancements through testing, deployment, stabilization, and transition




- Report commitments, capacity, risks, trade-offs, and decisions

Requirements:

- Eight-plus years delivering Workday or comparable enterprise HCM solutions
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Workday delivery, AMS, and production support
- Experience managing capacity without direct reporting authority
- Knowledge of configuration, security, integrations, testing, and releases
