Community Living BC is seeking an analytical Organizational Design Consultant to help shape how work is organized across CLBC. You will assess structures, develop operating models, and provide evidence-based recommendations to strengthen accountability and efficiency.

Reporting to the Manager, Organizational Design, Compensation & People Analytics, you will collaborate with leaders and HR partners to support thoughtful organizational change and sustainable solutions.
