As Assistant Director of Wellness – Retirement, you will support leadership for clinical services at Schlegel Villages. You will lead assigned clinical programs, analyze trends, guide education, and manage quality improvement. The position also provides neighbourhood oversight, including assessments, service plans, clinical follow-up, and team support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide oversight and support leadership for retirement clinical services
- Lead clinical programs and analyze related trends
- Direct education and quality improvement for assigned programs




- Act as Wellness Coordinator during their absence
- Support assigned neighbourhood teams and resident-centred service

Requirements:

- Valuable standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Valid Registered Practical Nurse license
- Geriatric nursing experience considered an asset
- Nursing leadership experience considered an asset
