As Automation Manager, you will design, develop, implement, and optimize control systems for industrial processes and warehouse equipment. Your work covers PLC and PC controllers, industrial networks, MHE systems, SCADA devices, and automation software. You will also mentor Apprentices while supporting operational reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the site automation control systems expert
- Design and troubleshoot PLC, PC, and network controls
- Optimize conveyors, sortation, scanners, and related equipment




- Monitor MHE metrics and lead troubleshooting efforts
- Communicate technical issues and workarounds to stakeholders

Requirements:

- Two or more years with PLC-controlled automation systems
- Experience developing Ladder Logic and structured text programs
- Knowledge of Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or Codesys systems
- Ability to lead, train, and mentor automation engineers
- Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holiday shifts
