The Collision Estimator provides successful customer experiences through damage assessment, repair coordination, communication, and documentation. You will create estimates in Audatex and Mitchell, follow OEM repair procedures, and maintain ASE details. The work also requires insurance compliance and collaboration with facility team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess vehicle damage and document required repairs and replacement parts
- Create estimates using Audatex and Mitchell systems
- Guide customers through repair processes with timely information




- Update ASE accurately after every customer interaction
- Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills
- Minimum one year of DRP compliance experience
- Knowledge of Mitchell, Audatex, Alldata, APU, Progi, and Car-Part
- Ability to multitask under pressure in a fast-paced workplace
