As an Infrastructure Analyst, Storage & Compute Services, you will provide technical expertise across resilient infrastructure platforms. Your work includes Pure Storage, Cisco UCS, VMware, and Microsoft Windows Server. You will also contribute to projects, documentation, operational readiness, and technical escalations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and administer enterprise storage and compute platforms
- Monitor capacity, performance, replication, backups, and platform health
- Resolve complex infrastructure incidents and problems
- Deliver project components through planning, testing,



and handover
- Maintain recovery instructions, inventories, standards, and configuration records

Requirements:

- Five or more years of related infrastructure experience
- Hands-on enterprise storage administration and support experience
- Experience with Pure Storage FlashArray, Purity, and Pure1
- Knowledge of Cisco UCS, VMware, and Windows Server
- Relevant technology diploma, degree, or equivalent practical experience
