RBC seeks an accredited Private Banker for its growing GTR team. You will provide relationship management, proactive advice, and day-to-day banking support. The position centers on attracting clients, deepening relationships, and connecting them with RBC solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver proactive advice to high net worth households
- Build loyalty through the Black Card Experience principles
- Introduce clients to appropriate RBC partners and capabilities
- Develop external and internal networks to acquire clients
- Represent RBC Private Banking as a business ambassador

Requirements:

- At least five years in a client relationship role
- Understanding of credit and financial planning fundamentals
- Proven sales, business development, and relationship management success
- Ability to resolve complex and sensitive situations independently
- IFIC, PFP, and Mutual Fund Dealer qualifications
