Lead platform engineering at Nesto Cloud with Golang, TypeScript, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud expertise in a hybrid mode.

As Team Lead, Platform, you will guide platform developers and shape Nesto Cloud’s Internal Developer Platform. Apply software engineering principles across developer tooling, infrastructure, automation, and experience. You will contribute hands-on code while driving collaboration, scalability, and sustainable growth for nesto’s mortgage technology platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor platform developers through effective project execution
- Drive evolution of the Internal Developer Platform
- Build Golang command-line interfaces, microservices, and observability tooling
- Optimize Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and GitHub Actions deployments




- Consult on system design, capacity planning, and platform management

Requirements:

- Seven or more years in cloud infrastructure, ideally Google Cloud
- Development experience with Golang and TypeScript or JavaScript
- Proven leadership experience guiding and mentoring team members
- Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience producing software development life cycle performance metrics
