The City of Richmond Hill seeks a Project Manager reporting to the Senior Manager, Yonge North Subway Extension. Coordinate planning, design, approvals, construction, commissioning, and municipal acceptance activities. Manage technical reviews, infrastructure interfaces, schedules, risks, and issues across City departments and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the City's participation across YNSE project delivery stages
- Monitor scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and commitments
- Coordinate technical reviews and track decisions through resolution




- Manage municipal infrastructure interfaces and construction coordination
- Prepare project updates, briefings, reports, and recommendations

Requirements:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum seven years of progressive infrastructure project experience
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and technical submissions
- Knowledge of municipal design, construction, permitting, and acceptance
- Valid Ontario Class G driver's licence and vehicle access
