This Lead Product Manager role owns an AI platform’s foundations for building, deploying, and managing intelligent agents. You will define vision and roadmaps across agent lifecycles, evaluation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and governance. The work supports non-technical professionals creating governed automations while partnering with engineering, design, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own vision, strategy, and roadmap for the agent runtime platform
- Lead lifecycle management, observability, deployment, and continuous improvement
- Define evaluation frameworks, golden datasets, regression tests, and quality gates
- Establish model governance, routing,

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years of product management experience in B2B or enterprise SaaS
- At least three years in AI-focused product roles
- Experience scaling AI agents or automation solutions
- Practical understanding of evaluation methodologies and performance monitoring
- Fluency with up-to-date AI tools, including Claude and Cursor
