Drive IT project controls and governance for Domtar in Montreal, using financial reporting, forecasting, and project management tools. This permanent full time role supports hybrid work.

As a Senior IT PMO Analyst, you will support Domtar’s IT Program and Delivery Management Office. The work covers project budgeting, cost tracking, data quality, SharePoint, capacity planning, and timesheets. You will also assist project managers and stakeholders with documentation, compliance, closures, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Administer project management, SharePoint, and capacity planning tools
- Support project funding requests, documentation, workflows, and follow-ups
- Prepare financial reporting, forecasts, budget tracking, and reconciliations
- Coordinate project closures, archiving,



status updates, and deliverables
- Train end users and provide first-level application support

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, business, or similar
- Minimum five years’ Information Technology experience
- Minimum five years’ experience in project management roles
- Proficiency in English and French, written and spoken
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
