Reporting to the Senior Shopping Centre Manager, this position manages commercial real estate assets within a cooperative portfolio team. You will oversee property operations, financial performance, tenant relations, customer experience initiatives, and portfolio success. The work includes coordination with marketing, administration, accounting, maintenance, project management, development, and leasing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide property management for a commercial property portfolio
- Address tenant concerns, lease enforcement, and compliance
- Direct operations, maintenance, contracting, and project management
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, insurance claims,



and financial reporting
- Guide administrative team members and build stakeholder relationships

Requirements:

- Minimum four years managing commercial real estate assets
- Post-secondary education or equivalent related experience
- Property management license or willingness to obtain one
- Understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and contracts
- Management, negotiation, problem-solving, and customer service skills
