Shape mortgage performance insight as a Finance Manager in Lloyds Banking Group’s hybrid Homes Partnering Analysis & Insight team. Use analysis and reporting to inform decisions.

This full-time Finance Manager role supports the UK’s largest Mortgage Book from Bristol Harbourside, with additional locations available. You will work with senior finance leaders and business stakeholders. The remit includes financial planning, forecasting, executive reporting, external reporting, hedging assessment, and capital optimisation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Translate financial analysis into actionable product performance insight
- Own Homes external reporting and quarterly market updates
- Assess hedging impacts on product margins with Corporate Treasury
- Support capital optimisation assessment,



prioritisation, and delivery
- Build stakeholder relationships and provide constructive challenge

Requirements:

- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified accountant
- Three-plus years’ Financial Services finance experience
- Experience in planning, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Three-plus years’ executive reporting or financial insight experience
- Robust analytical, communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills
