Lead water infrastructure inspections for Stantec in the Greater Toronto Region, applying CPP expertise and independent construction judgment. Support challenging projects from field delivery through documentation.

As a Senior Construction Inspector in Stantec’s Water Practice, you will inspect medium to large projects in a consulting construction management role. Your work spans watermains, sewers, treatment plants, and pumping stations. Apply knowledge of construction documents, project parties, quality requirements, and public construction safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent the Construction Manager through single point field inspection
- Monitor contractor work and prepare comprehensive daily reports
- Communicate conformance issues involving standards, plans, specifications, and codes
- Review submittals, RFIs, testing,



and quality control requirements
- Document changes, progress payments, punch lists, and corrective actions

Requirements:

- Senior construction inspection experience in water infrastructure projects
- Expertise installing CPP on large diameter watermains, including tunneling
- Understanding of linear conveyance projects and construction documents
- Knowledge of public construction quality and safety requirements
- Independent judgment and critical decision-making skills
