Guide enterprise identity governance in Vancouver through Entra ID, Active Directory, and ServiceNow approval workflows. Support critical infrastructure security and compliance.

This IAM Advisor contract supports daily operational approvals and strategic IAM modernization initiatives. You will serve as an SME for Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory, while advising on identity governance, lifecycle management, and zero-trust architectures. The work also supports NERC CIP and BC FIPPA requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and action IAM-related ServiceNow ticket approvals
- Support Joiner, Mover, Leaver identity lifecycle processes
- Lead IGA strategy, evaluations, requirements, and platform selection
- Implement IAM standards, governance frameworks,



and operating models
- Identify identity risks and recommend remediation solutions

Requirements:

- Minimum seven years of IT experience
- At least five years in cybersecurity or enterprise IAM
- Seven-plus years of enterprise IAM experience focused on IGA
- Expertise in Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identity
- Bachelor’s degree, technical diploma, or equivalent experience
