Responsibilities

Project Tempo Support & QA (50%)

- Coordinate between external audit partners (PwC) and internal Risk Management business partners throughout the control testing lifecycle.
- Collect and organize control documentation, process Requests for Information (RFIs), and facilitate walkthrough meetings.
- Perform quality assurance (QA) reviews on testing results provided by external auditors, issue sign-offs, and assist in resolving identified gaps.
- Track project deliverables and timelines to ensure milestone deadlines are met.

BAU Control Testing (50%)

- Conduct end-to-end control testing for non-project regulatory and operational controls.
- Perform walkthroughs, analyze RFIs, and complete standard testing templates to assess control design and operating effectiveness.
- Collaborate directly with business partners to address control gaps and implement process enhancements.

Qualifications

Requirements:

- 5–7+ years of professional experience in risk management, internal audit, or regulatory compliance within financial services.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in internal audit, control advisory, and control testing methodologies.
- In‑depth understanding of enterprise risk frameworks, regulatory compliance requirements, and control design evaluation.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Asset/Preferred:





- Professional accounting or audit designations (CPA, CIA, CFA, or equivalent) are strongly preferred.
