As a Payroll Specialist, you will process biweekly payroll across several iA Financial Group subsidiaries. The position requires Workday expertise, advanced Excel skills, and knowledge of payroll requirements in Canada and the United States. You will support accurate processing, reporting, compliance, and employee inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process biweekly North American payroll with the payroll team
- Control employee lifecycle events, including hires and terminations
- Prepare pension and employee share purchase plan reports




- Issue Records of Employment and process special payments
- Support tax slips, audits, government forms, and payroll projects

Requirements:

- Ten years of relevant experience and an Accounting or Administration college diploma
- North American payroll expertise and strong Workday knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- NPI or APA accreditation
