Lead protected, compliant packaging operations at Kenvue’s Guelph site, working fully onsite on the weekend shift. Apply manufacturing leadership and quality expertise.

This full-time, 12-month Packaging Supervisor contract reports to the Senior Business Unit Manager, Packaging and Warehouse. You will direct packaging operators, technicians and a documentation coordinator while maintaining product quality, compliance and productivity. The position requires coaching, problem-solving and collaboration across site partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead safe production of high-quality packaged goods
- Direct packaging staff and review work quality
- Resolve shift issues with cross-functional partners
- Support investigations, audits and corrective actions




- Review packaging procedures and work instructions

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering or related field
- At least two years’ manufacturing experience
- Team leadership and employee coaching experience
- Knowledge of GMP, WHMIS and Ontario safety legislation
- Microsoft Office proficiency and strong communication skills
