This senior-level position establishes and implements current or revised application systems with Citi’s Technology team. You will lead applications systems analysis and programming activities while supporting products and process improvements. The work requires advanced programming knowledge, system-flow expertise, and strong judgment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with management teams to integrate functions and define system enhancements
- Resolve high-impact problems through complex process and standards evaluation
- Ensure application designs follow the overall architecture blueprint
- Develop coding, testing, debugging,



and implementation standards
- Advise mid-level developers and analysts while allocating work

Requirements:

- Six or more years in applications development or systems analysis
- Extensive systems analysis and software applications programming experience
- Successful project management and implementation experience
- Subject Matter Expert knowledge in one Applications Development area
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; master’s preferred
