HUB International is seeking a Business Intelligence Partner to lead the analytics function within our Operations & Business Intelligence team in Canada. You’ll set analytics strategy, build a high-performing team, and partner with senior leaders to translate data into actionable decisions.

You’ll manage forecasting, dashboard design, data governance, and reporting workflows, driving automation and scalable processes across finance and operations.
