Sienna Senior Living seeks an Executive Director for a permanent, full-time position as the home’s most senior leader. You will guide management, resident care, clinical services, occupancy strategies, regulatory compliance, and relationships with families and stakeholders. Reporting to regional operations leadership, you will sustain positivity, accountability, community, and caring throughout operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build a strong, effective management team
- Implement person-centred resident care and clinical services
- Monitor overall operational activities and effectiveness




- Develop occupancy strategies and maximize preferred accommodation revenue
- Maintain continuity through resident transitions and stakeholder communication

Requirements:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Health or Social Services
- Three to five years’ progressive leadership experience
- Experience in long-term care, health, or social services
- Proven team and budget management experience
- Robust communication, organization, judgment, and problem-solving skills
