Own high-volume field recruiting at Renuity, using candidate sourcing and pipeline management to support field operations. This is a temporary-to-permanent prospect.

The Field Recruiter manages full-cycle recruiting from requisition intake through offer acceptance. You will partner with hiring managers and regional leaders, source candidates through job boards and networks, and maintain accurate ATS records. The work supports hiring outcomes across assigned business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles
- Partner with hiring managers on staffing priorities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates through multiple channels
- Manage pipelines and synthesize interview feedback
- Support hiring events, job fairs, and outreach

Requirements:

- One to three years of recruiting experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Human Resources or Business
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills
- Organization, detail orientation, and time management
- Microsoft Office, ATS, and HRIS proficiency
