Manage complex Commercial Lines accounts at Gallagher using construction insurance expertise, client service, and renewal leadership for a Middle Market portfolio.

This Commercial Lines Account Manager supports approximately 200 clients, 300 policies, and $4.5M-plus in premium volume. The role serves construction, contracting, trades, and blue-collar operations. You will partner with Producers, Marketing, underwriting, and operations teams to support retention, growth, and exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of the Middle Market Commercial Lines portfolio
- Lead renewals, marketing, negotiations, presentations, and binding timelines
- Advise clients on coverage, risk management, and renewal solutions
- Coordinate recent business onboarding, policy issuance,



and documentation
- Process certificates, endorsements, billing inquiries, and coverage requests

Requirements:

- Minimum three years of Commercial Lines Account Management experience
- Strong Construction and Contractor insurance expertise
- Active Alberta General Level 2 Insurance License required
- Advanced proficiency with Applied Epic and Trust Accounting experience
- Strong negotiation, organization, and relationship-building abilities
