McKesson seeks an experienced individual contributor for its Patient Support Program. You will guide Nurse Case Managers, apply clinical judgment, and support patient care without direct reports. The work includes onboarding, case documentation, quality improvement, and collaboration with healthcare partners. Occasional travel includes Burlington, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach nurses and provide day-to-day clinical peer support
- Assess complex situations and guide appropriate escalation
- Provide nursing and case-management coverage across Canada
- Support onboarding through coaching, shadowing,



and knowledge transfer
- Recommend workflow improvements and support technology implementations

Requirements:

- Nursing diploma or degree, or equivalent relevant experience
- Active Ontario RN or RPN registration in good standing
- Four or more years of relevant nursing experience
- Clinical assessment, patient support, or case-management experience
- Availability for flexible shifts between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. EST
