Enercare is seeking a Quality Assurance & Technical Support Specialist in Edmonton, AB. You will complete quality, technical and safety assessments of work performed by Technical Field Staff, provide coaching and on-the-job training, and ensure compliance with regulations and codes of practice to achieve customer satisfaction.
You will also support the Technical Support Desk, deliver training, and collaborate with Health & Safety, Marketing and Operations to improve staff capabilities.
