Support Sun Life’s ETF mandate in a hybrid environment, applying reconciliation and trade support expertise to daily investment operations activities.

Reporting to the Director of Investment Operations, the Analyst partners with Portfolio Management, Product, and Institutional teams. You will manage ETF operations, support Investment Operations Support, and improve efficiency, analytical capability, and delivery. The work includes diverse asset classes, transaction processing, and client service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily reconciliation, settlement, trade support, and PCF delivery
- Monitor corporate actions and determine appropriate courses of action
- Provide operations support to internal partners and external clients




- Process moderately complex transactions with monetary impact
- Participate in operational projects and process improvements

Requirements:

- Three to six years of investment operations experience
- Degree in business, math, computer science, engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with ETFs, equities, fixed income, and derivatives
- Experience building data quality workflows using tools
- Strong accuracy, communication, organization, and time management skills
