Key Responsibilities:

- Build relationships with Members and Guests
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and performance management
- Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, and merchandising
- Oversee product production, packaging, and presentation
- Monitor sales, margins, labour costs, and expenses

Requirements:

- Exceptional Guest service skills
- Previous Guest Service or leadership experience
- Solid interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with others
