As Manager, you will guide implementation, operations, and tooling across NAVBLUE. You will refine backlogs, establish development infrastructure, and lead subcontractors. The work connects internal tool owners, business experts, and customers with technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead business application tooling across five functional areas
- Oversee CI/CD, source control, repositories, and developer platforms
- Guide solutions as Technical Product Manager
- Manage subcontractors, resources, upgrades, security, and licenses
- Report metrics and maintain high-availability support plans

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in data management, information technology, or related field
- Minimum seven years facilitating business systems and transformations
- Experience in project and change management
- Experience leading projects with multiple stakeholders
- English proficiency; French is an asset
