As a GRC Engineer at GRC Concierge, you will manage automation tools and implement security controls for client environments. The role combines compliance advising, technical execution, and ongoing monitoring across multiple frameworks. You will also support evidence collection, policy development, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and oversee controls across major compliance frameworks
- Configure and optimize Vanta, Drata, and internal platforms
- Monitor compliance posture and close gaps before audits
- Collect evidence for SOC 2, ISO, and HIPAA audits
- Draft policies, standards, and client procedures

Requirements:

- Four or more years in compliance or cybersecurity
- Familiarity with SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST
- Experience managing multiple clients and frameworks
- Knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP platforms
- Experience with compliance automation platforms
