Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development and implementation of sustainable design strategies for all projects.
- Integrate net-zero energy and other high-performance design principles from project inception.
- Conduct energy modeling and performance analysis to optimize building efficiency.
- Champion the use of sustainable materials and technologies.
- Guide design teams in achieving green building certifications (e.g., LEED, Green Star).




- Collaborate with clients and consultants to define sustainability goals and metrics.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and innovations in sustainable architecture and building science.
- Develop and present sustainable design proposals and reports.

Requirements

- A Master's degree in Architecture or a related field with a specialization in Sustainability.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with at least 5 years focused on sustainable design leadership.
- Proven experience in leading projects to achieve high levels of sustainability and net-zero performance.
- Expert knowledge of energy modeling software and sustainable design tools.
- Accreditation in a major green building rating system (e.g., LEED AP, Green Star SA Accredited Professional).
- Strong understanding of building science, passive design strategies, and renewable energy systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage remote project teams effectively.
