This Shop Foreman oversees daily shop operations and coordinates technician workloads. The role supports heavy equipment diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs. It also emphasizes safe workflows, quality control, customer service, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and prioritize daily shop activities and technician assignments
- Provide hands-on technical guidance during complex equipment repairs
- Review completed work against specifications and customer expectations
- Coach technicians through onboarding, training, and performance feedback
- Champion safety procedures, inspections, and personal protective equipment

Requirements:

- Journeyperson certification in Heavy Equipment Technician preferred
- Several years maintaining and repairing heavy equipment
- Previous experience leading or mentoring shop technicians
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems
- Valid driver's licence required
